本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对大连市现有网球俱乐部、传统项目学校的29名教练员、282名运动员就大连市竞技网球后备人才培养现状进行了调查与分析,得出影响大连市竞技网球后备人才的因素有教练员执教水平、运动员学训矛盾、训练队经费等,并认为大连市竞技网球后备人才存在领导重视不够、网球运动开展速度缓慢、竞赛制度不完善、场地设施缺乏等问题,并针对现状提出一些对策。
In this paper, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the existing tennis clubs in Dalian City, 29 trainers in the traditional project schools, 282 athletes on the competitive tennis in Dalian The status quo of reserve talents were investigated and analyzed. It was concluded that the factors influencing competitive tennis reserve talents in Dalian are coaching coaches, athlete training conflicts, funding of training teams and so on. The slow pace of tennis, the imperfect competition system, the lack of facilities and other issues, and put forward some countermeasures for the status quo.
