我校课改推行三年多来,经历了由学习、模仿,再到实践、创新的过程,并形成了我校特有的“三步五环节”学习法。一路走来,风雨彩虹。一、观念要先行,课改先改教师观念有人说:“教育的过程是一棵树摇动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一颗心唤醒另一颗心的过程。”所以,课改首先要改的是教师。为转变广大教师的教育思想和教学观念,我们做了大量工作:召开课改动员大会,分析“爬坡过坎”的教育现状,探讨提升教学质量的思路、方法和对策,组织学习先进学校快速发展的成功
