目的:探讨医院船手术室感染控制与术后感染率的相关性。方法:根据医院船洁净手术室的特点,严格执行相关规章制度,实行人、净物和污物的分区管理,进一步优化流程;定期进行空气检测及细菌培养,并统计术后感染率。结果:术前空气检测及细菌培养结果均符合国家相关标准;执行海外医疗服务中共实施手术233例,无一例发生术后感染。结论:医院船手术室重视感染控制,提高手术间洁净度,完全可以避免术后感染的发生。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between hospital infection control and postoperative infection rate in hospital ships. Methods: According to the characteristics of the hospital clean operating room, strictly enforce the relevant rules and regulations, the implementation of people, clean and dirt zoning management, to further optimize the process; regular air testing and bacterial culture, and statistics of postoperative infection rate. Results: Preoperative air testing and bacterial culture results were in line with relevant national standards; implementation of overseas medical services, the implementation of the Chinese Communist Party 233 cases, no case of postoperative infection. Conclusion: The hospital operating room emphasis on infection control, improve the cleanliness of surgery, can completely prevent the occurrence of postoperative infection.
