铜圆盘浇铸机传动系统参数优化与动力学仿真

针对圆盘浇铸机运行中存在的晃动、冲击,且浇注出的铜阳极板存在飞边、毛刺等不良现象,建立了浇铸机传动系统的参数优化模型,以驱动轮半径和安装中心距作为设计变量,对原有圆盘浇铸机的角加速度进行参数优化。利用Adams软件对优化前后的圆盘浇铸机传动系统进行角位移、角速度、角加速度的仿真分析。结果表明,优化后的传动系统不仅能更加满足工作位移要求,而且运行的过程更加平稳,极大改善了浇铸机工作时的动力学特性,使得浇注出的铜阳极板板面平整,无明显飞边,毛刺,提高了产品合格率。 Aiming at the sloshing and impact of the operation of the disc casting machine, the cast-in copper anode plate has the defects of flash and burr.
