本文建立了三维板形计算模型和包括系统噪声的板形检测信号模型。通过动态板形检测模拟装置的实验测定 ,证明本文建立的模型所给出的板形信号与实验检测输出的板形信号吻合良好。
In this paper, a three-dimensional shape calculation model and a plate shape detection signal model including system noise are established. Through the dynamic plate-shaped test simulation device experimental results show that the plate-shaped signal given by the model established in this paper and the experimental test output of the plate-shaped signal in good agreement.
