本文重点阐述了西北地区黄土（塬、丘陵区）地下水分布、赋存特征及其开发利用中的若干问题。随着工农业发展对水资源需求量日益增多，合理开发利用地下水是一个值得特别重视的问题。本文可作为开发利用地下水的参考。
This article focuses on the distribution of groundwater in the Loess Plateau (plateau and hilly area) in Northwest China, its occurrence characteristics and some problems in its development and utilization. With the increasing demand for water resources in industrial and agricultural development, rational exploitation and utilization of groundwater is a problem deserving special attention. This article can be used as a reference for the development and utilization of groundwater.
