随着计算机的日益推广,从事计算机操作(视屏作业)的人数也在猛增,据统计,我国目前视屏作业的人数已突破200万,已成为我国社会不容忽视的一个职业人群。据国内外研究表明,长期从事视屏作业,可致视力下降、神经衰弱、腱鞘炎等。还有学者认为,长期从事视屏作业可致妇女流产。同时,研究人员也注意到视屏作业对心理的影响。研究表明,视屏作业可使人精神沮丧、恐惧、抑郁,甚至出现神经症状。还发现,视屏作业人员性格趋于内向型发展,情绪不稳定型的人灵敏增加,且高于其它职业人员。

Research shows that screen work can make people depressed, fear, depression, and even neurological symptoms. Also found that the screen operator tends to introverted character development, emotional instability sensitive increase, and higher than other professionals.
