患者女,35岁,G_1P_1。1986年9月2日在福州计划生育临床研究中心经术前检查符合条件后,即行Norplant皮下埋植避孕术。术后第一个月检查时无异常发现,体重为58kg。术后第二个月患者自觉发胖,心情暴躁,性欲增强,月经不规则。1987年3月2日检查:体重61kg,血压110/70mmHg。心肺(-),乳房正常,妇科检查正常。因性欲增强,要求取出皮埋剂,经说服未取。此后性欲增强、心情暴躁持续7个月,自当年6月以来性欲增强逐渐减退。9月12日复查,体重57kg,心情暴躁明显好转,性欲较正常。嗣按规定
Female, 35 years old, G_1P_1. On September 2, 1986, at Fuzhou Family Planning Clinical Research Center, Norplant implanted subconjunctival contraception after the preoperative examination met the requirements.
