近年来国内外有利用矮壮素或过磷酸钙加硼酸溶液等药剂对小麦浸种,闷种以促根壮苗增产的研究。为探讨矮壮素等化学物质处理种子,在固原地区半干旱区旱作农田生态条件下对春小麦生长发育的影响及增产效果,并试图从中筛选出适于该地区旱地抗旱增产的种子处理方法,我们从1984年开始在半干旱区选点就0.5％矮壮素等化学溶液处理旱地春小麦种子的效果进行了初步试验研究,其它药剂处理无明显效果或效果不稳定,现仅就矮壮素处理的效果报导如下:
