用顺序扫描等离子体光谱法测定了人骨中十种元素的含量。人骨试样用HNO_3-HClO_4湿法消解后,用非基体匹配标准溶液进行直接测定,采用在适当波长处扣除背景的办法进行光谱干扰的校正。结果表明,在恶性肿瘤骨和自身对照骨中这些元素的含量有显著差别。
The content of ten elements in human bone was determined by sequential scanning plasma spectroscopy. Human bone samples were digested with HNO_3-HClO_4 wet and then directly measured with a non-matrix matched standard solution. Spectral interference was corrected by subtracting the background at an appropriate wavelength. The results show that there is a significant difference in the content of these elements between malignant tumor bone and self-control bone.
