每一位公司的新员工必修的一门功课就是由老同志带着参观公司的警示馆。许多初来乍到的同事不以为然,认为用那么大的一层楼,摆放一些破铜烂铁,简直是对公共资源的严重浪费。但他们却不知道,这里摆放的每一件物品无不记录着一个刻骨铭心的故事。每当我经过那个砸得严重变形的防护架,都会多停留几分钟,因为它记录着我难以抹去的痛。2007年,公司承接了一个隧道工程。这段隧道由于选点位置受限,地质勘查结果很不乐观,施工开始后面临的困难更是难以想象。围岩结构松散,岩石破碎,几乎是掘一段塌一段。
