中国石盐矿石具有氯化钠含量低和多矿物成分的特点,矿物种类和含量的不同使得其物理力学性质与国外高品位的盐岩有很大的不同。对采自硬石膏石盐岩矿床的矿石进行了常规单、三轴试验,研究了矿石品位对试样变形和相关物理力学参数的影响。结果表明,在单轴和低围压的三轴试验条件下,所有试样的应力—应变曲线出现明显的峰值强度。高纯度试样在高围压的三轴条件下,表现出明显的塑性流动特征,试样没有明显的破坏面,表现为体积膨胀;低纯度试样(氯化钠含量小于5%)在高围压下,其变形曲线在较小的轴向应变下出现峰值强度,试件出现明显的破坏面。不同纯度试样的弹性模量、剪切模量和体积模量随着氯化钠含量的升高而降低。Hashin-Shtrikman上下限理论可以计算不同品位试样的剪切模量和体积模量的上下限,可作为一种辅助性手段验证预测解析方法的正确与否,并为地下储库的研究提供合理的技术参数。
Due to the low content of sodium chloride and the multi-mineral composition, the different types and contents of rock salt in China make it have different physical and mechanical properties from the high-grade salt rock in foreign countries. The conventional single and triaxial tests on ore collected from anhydrite rock salt deposit were carried out to study the effect of ore grade on the deformation and related physical and mechanical parameters of the sample. The results show that in the uniaxial and low confining pressure triaxial test conditions, the stress-strain curves of all samples showed obvious peak intensity. Under the high confining pressure, the high-pressure specimen shows obvious plastic flow characteristics. The specimen has no obvious failure surface and shows volume expansion. Low-purity sample (sodium chloride content less than 5%) is in high Under confining pressure, the deformation curve showed peak strength under a small axial strain, and the specimen showed obvious failure surface. The elastic modulus, shear modulus and bulk modulus of different purity samples decreased with the increase of sodium chloride content. Hashin-Shtrikman upper and lower bound theory can calculate the upper and lower limits of shear modulus and bulk modulus of different grade samples, which can be used as an auxiliary means to verify the correctness of the predictive analytical method and provide a reasonable research for the underground reservoir Technical parameters.
