10月下旬,中国证监会同经济合作与发展组织在京共同召开了WTO与中国证券市场国际研讨会。在这次被称为中国证券市场国际圆桌会议的研讨中,中外专家就中国资本市场在世贸组织框架下所面临的机遇与挑战、全球化和科技发展提出的挑战和带来的机遇、老龄化人口给资本市场带来的挑战、市场开放与外国的机构投资者等议题发表演讲或提供了书面报告。本期“论坛”栏目所刊登的《国际投资者的见解》、《全球资本的流动》、《变动中的资本市场》等三篇(组)文章均来自于这次研讨会。
In late October, China Securities Regulatory Commission and Economic Cooperation and Development Organization jointly held an international seminar on WTO and China’s securities market in Beijing. In this seminar called the International Securities and Futures Commission Roundtable, Chinese and foreign experts on the opportunities and challenges Chinese capital markets face under the WTO framework, the challenges and opportunities brought about by globalization and technological development, the aging Population challenges for capital markets, market liberalization and foreign institutional investors and other issues made a speech or provided a written report. The three articles in this issue of “Forums”, including “Insights from International Investors,” “Global Capital Flows,” and “Changing Capital Markets,” all came from this seminar.
