江岸区小学教育遵循“以生为本”的教育理念,在发挥学生潜能和形成学校特色等方面取得了显著成绩。但亦存在诸多问题,如办学空间受限、生源逆流、教师缺编、学生课业负担重、校园存在安全隐患等。针对这些问题,宜积极采取如下对策:整合资源,实现教育均衡发展;调整生源计划,改进招生办法;探索减负增效的课堂教学策略;改革人事制度,用好用活教育人才资源;多方协同,打造平安校园。
Primary school education in Jiang’an District follows the education concept of “taking students as the foundation” and has made remarkable achievements in developing students’ potentials and forming school characteristics. However, there are also many problems such as limited space for running schools, countercurrent of students, lack of teachers, burdensome students in schoolwork, and potential safety hazards in schools. In response to these problems, we should take the following measures: integrating resources and achieving a balanced development of education; adjusting the student resources plan to improve the enrollment approach; exploring classroom teaching strategies that reduce the burden on students and students; reforming the personnel system; making good use of resources for live- Build a safe campus.
