目的 探讨经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)对椎基底动脉供血不足患者脑血流动力学改变及其意义。方法 检测了 70例椎基底动脉供血不足患者椎基底动脉血流速度、动脉指数、频谱形态 ,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果 发现VA和BA总异常率为 6 7.14% ;其中VA和BA血流速度降低占椎基底动脉血流异常的 74.47%。结论 利用TCD动态观察颅底动脉血流变化 ,对椎 基底动脉供血不足患者的治疗和判断预后具有指导意义
Objective To investigate the changes of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) and its significance. Methods The vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity, arterial index and frequency spectrum of 70 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were detected and compared with the control group. The results showed that the total abnormal rate of VA and BA was 6 7.14%. The decrease of VA and BA blood flow velocity accounted for 74.47% of vertebrobasilar artery abnormalities. Conclusions The dynamic observation of changes of skull base artery blood flow by TCD is instructive for the treatment and prognosis of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency
