地脚螺栓的定位安装方法很多,其中以固定架法和环氧砂浆锚固法最为常用,本文主要介绍固定架法。钢固定架法适用于螺栓直径大、钢筋较密、精度要求高的基础。钢固定架由立柱、横梁、支撑和龙门架等组成。各种钢材型号的选择应该根据基础尺寸、螺栓型号和材料供货情况综合考虑。立柱常用规格型号见表1。当立柱高度为6米以上时,设钢筋混凝土柱较经济。横梁上需割稍大于螺栓直径1～2毫米的圆孔,通过垫板与螺栓焊接,
There are many methods of locating and fixing the anchor bolts, of which the fixing bracket method and the epoxy mortar anchoring method are most commonly used. This paper mainly introduces the fixing bracket method. The steel holder method is applicable to the basis of large bolt diameters, denser steel bars, and high precision requirements. The steel frame consists of columns, beams, supports and gantry frames. The choice of various steel models should be based on the basic dimensions, bolt types and material availability. Pillar common specifications see Table 1. When the column height is more than 6 meters, it is more economical to set reinforced concrete columns.
