我厂原有两座建厂初期自行设计的马弗型燃煤搪烧炉(窑),由于其结构不够合理,运行中热效率低、烧成烘干温度不稳定、烘干与烧成能力不配套,导致了持续多年的低产低质高能耗生产。为此,1990~1991年我们结合大修对两座马弗炉分两期实施了技术改造。 一、改造措施 1.改革燃烧方式。设计制造螺旋加煤机一套,改原来的间断手工投煤为连续机械加煤,促进了煤炭的燃烧完全。
