结合北京爱慕内衣有限公司的ERP实施案例,对影响ERP实施的管理因素和技术因素进行了研究,并针对我国纺织服装企业在ERP实施过程中在各关键因素上应当注意的问题提出了相应对策。
In this paper, the management factors and technical factors influencing ERP implementation are studied in combination with the cases of ERP implementation of Beijing Aimi Underwear Co., Ltd. Corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the problems that Chinese textile and garment enterprises should pay attention to in the ERP implementation process.
