目前,三尖杉酯硷和高三尖杉酯硷已广泛用于抗癌治疗,我院应用此两药治疗白血病、淋巴瘤时出现2例快速心房扑动,现报道如下; 例1,范×,女,52岁,住院号70070。患者有慢性粒细胞白血病已7年,经脾切除和序贯化疗(阿糖胞苷,链褐霉素,6TG,羟基脲,三澳甘露醇,6-甲嘧啶)后,完全缓解。此次因头昏、乏力、低热、白细胞3万,诊断“慢粒复发”于1982年第四次住院。既往无心脏病史。体检:皮肤无出血点,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大。心肺(一),腹软,肝在肋下触及,质软无触痛。神经系统检查(一)。化验:血色素 8.3g;血白细胞6,400;早幼粒2％、中幼粒6％、晚幼粒12％、带状粒24％、分叶粒16％、嗜硷性29％、嗜酸性2％、淋巴8％、大单核1％;血小板9.2万。骨髓象示漫粒复发。
