WHO于11月18～20日在斯里兰卡的哥伦坡市召开发展中国家控制吸烟工作会议。参加会议的国家有印度、巴基斯坦、孟加拉、尼泊尔、斯里兰卡、菲律宾及泰国。会议由WHO吸烟与健康组织协调人马索洛尼(Masironi)及瑞典吸烟与健康协会会长拉姆斯当(Ramstrom)主持,我国翁心植教授及奥地利维也那大学卫生研究所的孔兹(Kunze)
The WHO convened a working conference on smoking control in developing countries in Colombia, November 18-20, in Sri Lanka. The participating countries are India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Thailand. The meeting was hosted by Masironi, Coordinator of the WHO Smoking and Health Organization, and Ramstrom, President of the Swedish Society for Smoking and Health.
