目的分析2008-2011年手足口病疫情态势,为防控提供依据。方法用《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》的监测报告卡信息和实验室检测数据,用SPSS17.0软件包分析。结果 2008-2011年发病率逐年升高,疫情呈上升态势,年均发病率为124.24/10万;各地均出现不同程度流行,以新罗区、长汀县为主,占56.34%;年龄以1~3岁的散居儿童高发,男多于女,散居儿童及男孩发病比例呈上升趋势,疫情呈季节性流行和全年散发,高峰在夏、秋季,呈双峰分布,且高峰期延长,发病逐年提前,疫情流行水平大幅提升;发病至诊断时间间隔2d以上者占44.84%。2008-2010年病原体以EV71为主,2011年其它肠道病毒型占主导。结论龙岩市手足口病的发生存在明显的地区、季节、性别及年龄差异,发病逐年上升,疫情仍在延续,局部暴发流行、出现重症及死亡病例的可能仍然存在。今后应进一步加强疫情监测和宣传教育力度,做好病原学检测,流行季节对重点地区、重点人群采取有效的综合性防控措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of HFMD in 2008-2011 and provide evidence for prevention and control. Methods Monitoring report card information and laboratory test data of Disease Surveillance Information Report Management System were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software package. Results The incidence increased year by year from 2008 to 2011, and the epidemic situation showed an upward trend with an average annual incidence rate of 124.24 / 100 000. There were epidemics in varying degrees in all areas, with Xinluo and Changting counties accounting for 56.34% The incidence of diarrhea among children aged 1-3 years old was higher than that of males, while that of scattered children and boys was on an upward trend. The epidemic was seasonal and distributed throughout the year. The peak was bimodal in summer and autumn, and the peak was prolonged. The incidence gradually increased year by year, the level of epidemic situation increased significantly; the incidence of diagnosis of more than 2d accounted for 44.84%. In 2008-2010, the major pathogens were EV71, while in 2011 other enterovirus strains predominated. Conclusion The occurrence of hand, foot and mouth disease in Longyan City has obvious regional, seasonal, gender and age differences. The incidence increases year by year, the epidemic continues, and the outbreak of local outbreak is endemic. The occurrence of severe and fatal cases may still exist. In the future, efforts should be made to further monitor and publicize the outbreak of epidemics, do well in the detection of etiological agents, and adopt effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures in key areas and key populations in the popular seasons.
