我省中等教育,在党与人民政府的正确领导下,由于全体于教育工作者的一致努力,认真的执行了中央「整顿巩固、重点发展、提高质量、稳步前进」的方针与省府「严格纠正混乱现象」、「加强政治工作」、「加强与改进教学工作」的三个指示,去年以来不仅基本上克服了混乱现象,而且少数重点学校和一部分基础较好的学校,在整顿巩固的基础上,已转入改进教学、提高教学质量阶段,并初步创造了一些经验。现将重点实验的太原一师和太原五中和其它学校的经验,分别介绍如下:一、克服混乱现象是改革教学工作的前提混乱现象的克服,是我省整顿巩固工作中最突出的成绩之一。其主要经验是:
