1 概况红石嘴水库位于淮河左岸支流明河上游,坝址位于信阳市平桥区西北约90km的兰店乡黑石嘴村,是一座具有防洪、灌溉、供水、养殖等综合功能的中型水库。水库始建于1959年,因当时设计标准偏低,施工质量差,导致大坝出现多处裂缝、大面积漏水,并呈愈演愈烈之势,加之泄洪工程又未建,诸多问题直接威胁下游明港镇、京广铁路、107国道的安全。鉴于
1 Overview Hongshizui Reservoir is located on the upper reaches of the tributary of Minghe River on the left bank of Huaihe River. The dam site is located at Heishijiazui Village, Landian Township, about 90km northwest of Pingqiao District, Xinyang City. It is a medium-sized reservoir with integrated functions of flood control, irrigation, water supply and aquaculture. The reservoir was built in 1959.
