分层教学理论是在因材施教原则下出现的一种教学理论.因为学生的素质有所差别,他们接受数学知识的能力也有高低之分,传统“一刀切”的教学方式会阻碍学生数学能力的发展,已无法适应培养学生数学能力这一要求的需要.而分层教学理论能从全体学生的角度出发,能为学生的全面发展创造条件,有利于学生数学素质的发展.笔者在本文根据自己的教学实践,浅谈分层教学在高中数学教学中的应用.一、实施分层教学的依据
