目的:掌握浙西地区精神病防治工作人员培训需求,为改进培训方式和制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷对浙西地区80家专业机构和社区从事精神卫生服务的工作人员进行调查。结果:社区精防工作者86.51%认为有培训必要,90.48%愿意参加培训,要求年度内培训次数≥2次占92.86%。培训需求中,培训形式以参观与讲课结合、讲课与演练结合更受欢迎,均占到76.19%,培训内容需求以服药知识(84.13%)和管理知识(83.33%)为主,77.78%的社区精防工作人员认为发放讲义能提高培训效果。不同年龄、学历、职称、从事精防工作时间和专兼职的精防工作人员在关于“培训必要性”的认识上差异有统计学意义。结论:需建立一支稳定的社区精防队伍,开展多层次、多形式、内容丰富、注重实效的规范化培训,进一步推动浙西地区精防工作。
OBJECTIVE: To master the training needs of psychiatric staff in western Zhejiang and provide scientific basis for improving training methods and formulating relevant policies. Methods: A questionnaire was used to investigate the mental health services of 80 specialized agencies and communities in western Zhejiang. Results: 86.51% of community intensive workers think that training is necessary, 90.48% are willing to participate in training, and the number of training required in the year is ≥2 times, accounting for 92.86%. Training needs, the form of training to visit and lecture combined, lectures and exercises more popular, accounting for 76.19% of the training needs to take medication knowledge (84.13%) and management knowledge (83.33%), 77.78% of the community Precise staff think issuing handouts can improve training effectiveness. The different ages, academic qualifications, professional titles, and staffs engaged in intensive work and part-time job were statistically different in understanding of “training necessity”. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish a stable community of fine defense team to carry out multi-level, multi-form, content-rich and pragmatic standardization training to further promote the fine defense in western Zhejiang.
