由于各国之间文化和科学交流的不断增长，专门文献的研究成为整个世界上日益迫切的需要并也日益普遍。对包含在丰富的外国文献中的技术成就的研究并译为日常生活所习用的文字是很麻烦的，而最常遇到的困难是没有专门科目的字典。
Owing to the ever-increasing cultural and scientific exchanges among nations, the study of specialized literature has become an increasingly urgent need and growing prevalent in the entire world. The study of technical achievements contained in a wealth of foreign literature is cumbersome to translate into texts used in everyday life, and the most common difficulty encountered is that there is no dictionary of specialized subjects.
