基于国际旅游岛的建设背景,分析了海南省电力行业和供电企业在新形势下所面临的机遇和挑战。在此基础上,提出了供电企业差异化服务策略在较长一段时间内的战略定位,研究旨在为相关企业和部门提供决策支持。
Based on the background of the international tourism island construction, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Hainan’s power industry and power supply enterprises in the new situation. On this basis, this paper proposes the strategic positioning of the differentiated service strategy of power supply enterprises for a long period of time. The purpose of this study is to provide decision support for relevant enterprises and departments.
