研究分析人力资源开发的大多数是从企业出发的,寻找很多企业团队的案例,其实生活中处处都有团队,本文以西南民族大学人力资源管理硕士课堂“头脑风暴”游戏等为参考,运用了理论与实践相结合的研究方法,分析了怎样在企业中开发人力资源让企业团队达到最大的竞争力,大到企业,小到课堂开发详细分析了一系列开发人力资源的措施。得出只有个人的优点优势达到极大的发挥,才能形成企业综合竞争的优势与实力。
