例1 女,15岁。因反复头晕、胸闷、晕厥伴尿失禁2月于1984年5月入院。体检:T、P、R、BP均正常,心肺(-),NS(-),胸片及各项检查正常,心电图示Q-T间期0.50秒。住院中发作3次晕厥伴尿失禁1次。心电图示快速房颤、室早、短阵室速及室扑、T波宽大、Q-T为0.54秒。经静注利多卡因,心律平及口服心得安、苯妥英钠
