患者,男,56岁。临床诊断:支气管哮喘。活动平板前常规做九个导联心电图示正常。运动前后及运动中均用CM_5导联,运动前平静时ST段位于等电位线上,T波直立(如图Ⅰ见封三)。运动Ⅳ级,最快心率163次/分,ST—T无明显改变。运动后即刻ST段水平样下移0.1mV,T波直立。2分、4分、6分、8分、10分呼气时ST段水平样下移0.1mV,T波倒置0.2mV。吸气时ST段无偏移,T波直立。吸气末呼气始ST段水平样下移0.05mV,T波双向,这种变化很规律(如图Ⅱ见封三)。20分时ST段位于等电
