《苏州年鉴》自1983年创刊以来,得到地方党政领导和有关专家学者的关怀与鼓励,以及新闻、广播、财政等部门的支持和帮助。《苏州年鉴》还由于是全国地级市和档案系统独立编辑年鉴最早的一家,因而备受各方关注。三次应邀参加全国年鉴协作会和学术研讨会。首倡并与兄弟档案部门共同发起组织了档案系统编辑年鉴协作会和培训班等。为了进一步把《苏州年鉴》编好,促进档案系统编辑年鉴工作的开展。在《档案学通讯》1988年第1期上刊出了我的《我们是怎样坚持编辑<苏州年鉴的>》一文。这次拟着重对市、县地方年鉴坚持办刊方向,提高编辑质量,走编辑经营路子等问题,谈点认识和做法。
Since its publication in 1983, Suzhou Yearbook has received the care and encouragement of local party and government leaders and relevant experts and scholars as well as the support and assistance of the news, radio and finance departments. “Suzhou Yearbook” is also the focus of attention of all parties because it was the earliest one in the independent editing of yearbooks of prefecture-level cities and archives systems in China. Three times invited to participate in the National Yearbook collaborations and academic seminars. Initiated and co-sponsored with the department of the archives of the brothers and sisters archives editing system Yearbook Collaboration and training courses. In order to further compile the “Yearbook of Suzhou”, we should promote the work of editing the Yearbook of the file system. My article “How We Insist on Editing the Yearbook of Suzhou” was published in Archives Newspaper No. 1, 1988. This time, we will focus our attention on issues such as adhering to the orientation of the local magazines in cities and counties, improving the quality of editing, and editing the business way, so as to talk about points of understanding and practices.
