传统的知识产权融资方式关注焦点集中于知识产权转让权或知识产权许可使用权,知识产权融资与产业运用之间很难建立联系。美国国际知识产权交易所(IPXI)公司正在创设以专利许可使用权为融资标的的权益性融资方式,这是一种科技金融的创新,有助于拓展专利权的融资渠道,促进专利技术的产业运用,但同时这种知识产权的利用方式也存在一定风险。因此,有必要对其进行理性分析,以期为我国制定相关政策提供参考。
Traditional approaches to intellectual property financing have focused on intellectual property transfer rights or intellectual property licensing rights, making it difficult to establish a link between intellectual property financing and industrial applications. IPXI is creating an equity finance facility that uses patent licensing as a financing target. This is an innovation in technology and finance that helps to expand the financing channels for patent rights and promote the industry of patented technologies However, at the same time, the way of utilizing such intellectual property also has certain risks. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a rational analysis to provide reference for our country to formulate relevant policies.
