近些年来,随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,国民经济水平的高速发展以及人民生活水平质量的普遍提高,人们对教育水平的要求不断加强,进而电脑美术教育这一理论被提了出来,电脑美术教育是对学生投入教育资源和条件的知识管理,教师对计算机等电子设备进行操作,包括计算机和美术专业理论知识传播和管理的过程,防范并减少因缺乏电脑美术教育的知识和经验而造成的学生综合受教育水平的降低,加强电脑美术教育的理论管理,从而提升学生自身的学习能力,使电脑美术教育这一理论的运用得以顺利进行,所以说电脑美术教育是对学生学习能力管理过程中不可忽视的一个重要内容。
