由中国建设部,中国国际会议中心,中国土木工程学会联合主办,国际给水排水学术会议和国际水技术展览于1989年7月11日至15日在北京同时举行。建设部部长林汉雄,副部长谭秀莲,国家海洋局副局长杨文鹤,中国科协党组书记高潮,土木工程学会常务副理事长许溶烈等出席了闭幕和剪彩仪式。
Organized by China’s Ministry of Construction, China International Convention Center and China Civil Engineering Society, the International Conference on Water Supply and Drainage and the International Water Technology Exhibition were held in Beijing from July 11 to July 15, 1989. Minister of Construction Lin Hanxiong, Vice Minister Tan Xiulian, Yang Wenhe, deputy director of the State Oceanic Administration, the climax of the party secretary of China Association for Science and Technology, Xu Erlie, executive vice president of Civil Engineering Society attended the closing ceremony and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
