通过梨属中间砧矮化嫁接鉴定筛选出具有矮化潜力的砧木7个。PDR54做中间砧嫁接早酥梨矮化潜力达到35.4%,属极矮化的中间砧类型。产量效率为0.721kg/cm~2,是乔砧对照的3.98倍。矮化中间砧类型S_5,嫁接砀山酥梨矮化潜力达到53.9%。半矮化中间砧类型R_(18),嫁接早酥梨矮化潜力为69.27%、S_1、S_2、S_3、S_4、嫁接砀山酥梨矮化潜力为66.0—76.0%。S_5、R_(18)、S_3的产量效率高于乔化砧木。这些单系已开始在吉林、辽宁、河北、山西、陕西、江苏等省进行区域试验和试栽,这对我国梨树矮砧密植有着广阔的应用前景。
Seven rootstocks with dwarfing potential were screened out by dwarfing grafting of pear-type intermediate stock. PDR54 as an anvil grafting early pear dwarf potential reached 35.4%, is a very dwarfing type of anvil. The yield efficiency was 0.721 kg / cm ~ 2, which was 3.98 times of that of Qiao anvil. Dwarfing anvil type S_5, the dwarf potential of grafted Dangshan pear reached 53.9%. The dwarfing potential of early durian pear was 69.27%, S_1, S_2, S_3 and S_4, respectively. The dwarf potential of grafted Danshan pear was 66.0-76.0%. The yield of S_5, R_ (18) and S_3 was higher than that of Qiaohua rootstock. These single lines have started regional trials and planted trials in Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Jiangsu provinces, which have broad application prospects for the pear-root anonymity close planting in our country.
