加强班级建设,必须发挥班集体的教育功能。要支持班委会的工作,树立他们的威信;结合青少年学生活泼好动的天性,组织开展各种各样适合其生理、心理特点的活动;要注意培养良好的班级风气,发挥班集体的教育作用。班主任要为人师表,要关心、热爱学生,师生之间有了和谐、坦诚的关系,尊重、信任学生,才能达到育人的目的。
To strengthen class construction, we must play a collective educational function. To support the work of the Committee, and establish their prestige; combined with the lively nature of young students, organize a variety of activities suited to their physiological and psychological characteristics; should pay attention to cultivating a good class atmosphere, class collective education effect. The teacher should be a teacher, to care, love students, teachers and students have a harmonious, honest relationship, respect, trust students, in order to achieve the purpose of educating people.
