现阶段建筑类职业院校人力资源管理仍停留在传统的人事行政管理层面,而远远没有上升到把人力作为一种资源进行开发和管理的战略高度。特别是在确立人力资本观念,建立现代人力资源管理制度、确保人力资源的来源渠道、进行人力资源的开发和激励等方面存在诸多问题。
At present, human resource management in construction vocational colleges still stays in the traditional personnel administration level, but it has not risen to the strategic height of human resources development and management as a kind of resource. In particular, there are many problems in establishing the concept of human capital, establishing a modern human resources management system, ensuring the sources of human resources, and developing and stimulating human resources.
