在教育实践中如何建立以就业为导向的具有高职特色的“订单式”人才培养模式,是当前高职院校面临的重点问题,也是难点问题。本文结合高职院校教学管理的实践,从校企合作、“双证书”制、校外实训基地建设等方面对高职“订单式”人才培养模式进行探讨。
How to establish an employment-oriented “order-type” personnel training mode oriented by employment in education practice is a key issue and a difficult issue for vocational colleges at present. Combining the practice of teaching management in higher vocational colleges, this article discusses the “order-type” training model of higher vocational education from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation, “double certificate” system and the establishment of off-campus training base.
