目的:对正常人及牙周炎患者全唾液进行等电聚焦分析,初步观察其蛋白质分布变化。方法:采集33例正常人,26例牙周炎患者全唾液,运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦方法观察其蛋白质等电点分布。结果:正常人全唾液中蛋白质等电点区带为30条,牙周炎组全唾液中蛋白质区带为39条,其中pH7.0以上的蛋白质区带较正常人组明显增多。牙周炎组全唾液碱性蛋白质区带数目增多。结论:牙周炎组全唾液碱性蛋白质区带数目增多,可能与其含有较多的碱性氨基酸有关,表明牙周炎状态下,唾液分泌蛋白质种类的增加,唾液成份代谢产物或牙周致病菌的产物发生改变。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze isoelectric focusing of whole saliva in normal subjects and patients with periodontitis and to observe the changes of its protein distribution. Methods: Thirty-three normal subjects and 26 patients with periodontitis were collected for whole saliva. The isoelectric point distribution of the protein was observed by polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing method. Results: In the normal whole saliva, the protein isoelectric point zone was 30, while in the periodontitis group, the total salivary protein zone was 39, of which the protein zone above pH7.0 was significantly increased compared with the normal group. Periodontitis group increased the number of salivary alkaline protein bands. CONCLUSIONS: The increased number of all-salivary alkaline protein bands in periodontitis group may be related to the presence of more basic amino acids in periodontitis group, indicating that the type of salivary secreted protein, the metabolites of saliva or periodontal disease The product of the bacteria is changed.
