本文通过对１０例单侧完全性唇腭裂术后反患者上颌前牵引前后颅面硬组织的头影测量结果进行研究，发现：上颌骨长度明显增加，上颌相对于颅底位置明显前移，上颌后缘位置在治疗中相对稳定；上下颌骨间矢状关系明显改善；上前牙及上磨牙明显前移，下前牙明显后移，前牙反基本改正；颅底、下颌基骨无明显改变。研究结果显示上颌前牵引是改正唇腭裂患者上下颌骨发育不调的一种有效方法。
