在我国建设工程监理制度在建设领域的全面推行与发展以及工程质量终身制、工程竣工文件备案制等制度的实行的同时,建设工程质量得到各参建方高度重视,建设工程质量随之大大提高,彻底改变了以前在工程质量方面口号喊叫得多,实事做的少的局面,促使人人关心工程质量。而“质量通病”在工程中较容易发生的,普遍存在的一些建筑工程质量问题。这些建设工程中常见的质量问题,小则损害建筑物的美观,大则影响人们的使用质量,甚至会使人民的生命财产安全受到威胁,是工程质量提高的主要障碍。
In the implementation of China’s construction project supervision system in the construction field and the implementation of the system of tenure of project quality and documentation of project completion documents, the quality of construction projects has been highly valued by all participating parties, and the quality of construction projects has been greatly improved. This has drastically changed the situation in which the slogans used to be more eloquent in terms of project quality, and the fact that they have done less, has prompted everyone to care about the quality of the project. The “mass common problem” is more likely to occur in the project, and some of the common construction quality problems. The common quality problems in these construction projects are those that damage the aesthetics of the buildings, affect the quality of people’s use, and even threaten the safety of people’s lives and property. This is a major obstacle to the improvement of project quality.
