目前,事业单位津补贴情况繁杂,占总收入比重差异较大。如何将合理的津补贴规范到统一的岗位绩效工资制度中来,同时又不至于引发新的矛盾,是有待研究解决的问题。而从固定工资制向绩效工资制转变则是解决矛盾的有效途径。本文试就事业单位在实施绩效工资制过程中所涉及到的一些问题,整合有关资料谈些看法。
At present, the government subsidies are complicated and account for a large proportion of the total income. How to standardize the subsidies subsidies to a unified job performance in the wage system, while not triggering new contradictions, is to be studied to solve the problem. The change from a fixed wage system to a performance wage system is an effective way to resolve contradictions. This article tries to discuss some problems involved in implementing performance pay system in public institutions, and puts forward some suggestions on how to integrate the relevant information.
