三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的诊治进展

三角纤维复合体(TFCC)是下尺桡关节重要的稳定结构,TFCC损伤是导致腕尺侧疼痛常见的原因。TFCC损伤可导致腕部乏力、疼痛、活动受限等,影响日常生活、工作。随着对TFCC解剖和生物力学等研究的不断深入,TFCC损伤分型也在不断变化,其修复方式也在不断改善,但仍没有“金标准”。笔者就TFCC解剖、损伤临床表现、诊断方法、分型及治疗等多方面进行阐述,为临床治疗TFCC损伤提供参考。“,”The triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) is an important stable structure of the distal radioulnar joint. The injury of TFCC is a common cause of ulnar wrist pain. TFCC injury can lead to wrist weakness, pain, limited activity and so on, affecting daily life and work. With the deepening of the researches on anatomy and biomechanics of TFCC, the injury classification of TFCC is also changing, and the repair methods are improving, but there is still no “gold standard” . The authors review the anatomy, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, classification and treatment of TFCC injuries, hoping to provide a reference for clinical treatment of TFCC injuries.
