核酸疫苗能诱导抗原特异的细胞免疫和体液免疫反应,抑制肿瘤生长。由于肿瘤抗原大多数是属于自身抗原,因此,打破机体对自身抗原的免疫耐受是肿瘤疫苗必备的前提条件,提高疫苗的免疫效能是抗肿瘤核酸疫苗发展的关键目标。本综述描述近期在抗肿瘤核酸疫苗的设计中有关优化抗原表位研究的进展。
Nucleic acid vaccine can induce antigen-specific cellular and humoral immune response, inhibit tumor growth. As most of tumor antigens belong to autoantigens, it is a prerequisite for tumor vaccines to break the immune tolerance of autoantigens to the body. To improve the immune efficacy of vaccines is the key target of anti-tumor nucleic acid vaccine development. This review describes recent advances in the study of optimizing epitopes in the design of anti-tumor nucleic acid vaccines.
