中共宁波市第九次党代会提出了我市提前基本实现现代化的宏伟目标,如何实现这一目标,是我市各行各业面临的实际问题。年前举行的“宁波现代化与跨世纪发展研讨会”提出的许多观点和建议,对指导和推动我市的现代化进程有着较为重要的现实意义。经济现代化中的突出问题经过改革开放20年来的长足发展,我市已经进入了经济现代化建设的关键发展时期。在这一时期,是继续大力推进工业化还是着重进行产业结构的现代化、如何看待和怎样实现经济增长方式的转变,成为我市在经济现代化过程中必须考虑的突出问题。此次研讨会对这些问题展开了热烈讨论。与会者认为,现代化作为人类社会从传统的农业社会向现代工业社会转变的历史过程,其核心和实质就是工业化。我市工业目前
The Ninth CPC Congress of Ningbo proposed the ambitious goal of basically realizing the modernization of the city in advance. How to achieve this goal is a practical issue faced by all walks of life in our city. The many viewpoints and suggestions put forward by the “Ningbo Modernization and Cross-Century Development Seminar” held in the past years have important practical significance for guiding and promoting the modernization process of our city. The outstanding issues in economic modernization After the rapid development of the past 20 years of reform and opening up, the city has entered a key period of economic modernization. During this period, it was the prominent issue that the city must consider in the process of economic modernization.
