县(市、区)人武部自归建以来,职工中存在着一些值得思考和探讨的问题:一是福利待遇。军队明文规定的政策职工却不能享受,地方的有关政策在人武部又落实不了,如地方政府制定的医疗政策、养老保障制度、地方保留性津贴没有完全享受。二是人武部职工在机关的工作岗位上干得再好,一辈子都是个工人,进出交流渠道在机构改革过程中不顺畅,致使一些收归的年轻人产生厌倦情绪,只要不犯大错误,在人武部工作就那么个样。三是由于县级人武部现有住房已被未收归人员及部分收归人员(大多数已转业)购买,根据中央文件关于“人武部干部住房由当地人
Since the establishment of the People’s Armed Police Forces in the counties (cities and districts), there are some problems worthy of consideration and discussion among the staff and workers: First, the welfare treatment.
