添加杂环化合物可以减缓或防止铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀。用失重法、电化学法和扫描电子显微镜分析法分别研究了5种杂环化合物对7075铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀行为。失重法实验结果和Tafel极化测试结果均表明,这5种杂环化合物对铝合金有不同程度的缓蚀作用,其中吲哚的缓蚀效果最好。通过对铝合金样品表面腐蚀形貌特征及电化学测量结果的分析,确定8-羟基喹啉在氯化钠介质中为阳极过程控制为主的混合缓蚀剂,吲哚为阴极控制为主的成膜缓蚀剂。
The addition of heterocyclic compounds can slow down or prevent corrosion of aluminum alloys in 3.5% NaCl solution. The corrosion inhibition behaviors of five heterocyclic compounds on 3.5% NaCl solution of 7075 aluminum alloy were investigated by weight loss method, electrochemical method and scanning electron microscopy. The results of weight loss test and Tafel polarization test show that these five kinds of heterocyclic compounds have different degrees of corrosion inhibition on aluminum alloy, of which indole has the best corrosion inhibition effect. By analyzing the corrosion morphology and electrochemical measurement results on the surface of aluminum alloy samples, we determined that 8-hydroxyquinoline is the mixed corrosion inhibitor dominated by anode process in sodium chloride medium. Indole is the cathode control Film corrosion inhibitor.
