超超临界由于蒸汽参数的提高,进气室的流道将发生改变,原有的超临界机组进气室内部流道将无法通用.本文以某600MW超超临界机组进气室为研究对象,建立流道的3D模型,通过流场的计算分析,优选出新的流道结构,并分析计算了流道的流动损失以及流道内压力温度分布情况.“,”Due to increased steam parameters, the internal flow passages of an ultra-supercritical steam turbine should be different from that of a supercritical steam turbine and certain design changes are necessary.In this paper, 3D modeling of the internal flow passage of a 600 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine using a self-developed CFD code was performed.The characteristics of the flow field in different geometric shapes of passages were analyzed and compared.In this way, a preferred shape of flow passage for ultra-supercritical steam turbine can be identified.In addition, frictional loss, pressure distribution and temperature distribution in the preferred steam passage were also calculated for both the supercritical and ultra-supercritical live steam conditions.
