一九八七年是不平凡的一年,具有重大历史意义十三大的召开,为把我国建成一个具有中国特色的社会主义提出了一条具体而又符合中国国情的路线。十三大是一个改革、开放的大会,是一个民主、团结的大会。中国人民将满怀信心沿着十三大所指引的道路跨入更加美好的一九八八年。 一九八七年对七○八所来说也是具有转折意义的一年。以四月份工作会议为转机,在成立工会的基础上召开了第二届职工代表大会,通过了一九八七年的工作报告、五年发展规划与所长任期目标,实现了所长负责
The year of 1987 was an extraordinary one. The 13th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China with great historic significance convened to put our country into a socialist country with Chinese characteristics and put forward a specific but consistent line with China’s national conditions. The 13th National Congress is a reform and open conference, a democratic and united assembly. The Chinese people will fully confidently follow the guidelines of the Thirteenth Congress into a more beautiful year of 1988. In 1987, it was also a turning point for the 78. The second session of the Workers’ Congress was held on the basis of the establishment of trade unions in April with a working conference in April.
