机械电子部内燃机大行业汽缸套行业组热加工及质量检验工作经验交流会于1988年8月26～29H在甘肃省武威市召开,来自全国各地汽缸套生产厂二十七个单位,四十九名代表参加了会议。洛阳拖拉机研究所派代表出席了会议, 会议主要内容: 1）交流了汽缸套热加工的新工艺、新技术、新材料以及设备更新改造等方面的成果。 2）交流了质量检验工作中有关检验手段、检验方法、执行标准、机构设置、人员安排、质量管理等方面的经验。 会上;甘肃第二拖拉机配件厂介绍了单台电炉熔化与保温罐配套使用,提高了设备利用率节约能源。以及单机铸造自动定时供水冷却,与涂料机械化等提高产品质量的技术革新成果。 山东省临朐缸套厂介绍了改进冲天炉风口部位炉衬材料,提高了炉子寿命与降低了吨铁耗焦量的技术革新成果。
Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Large Engine Industry, Cylinder Case Industry Group, Heat Processing and Quality Inspection Work Experience Exchange Meeting was held in Wuwei City, Gansu Province from August 26th to 29th, 1988, with 27 units of cylinder liner manufacturing plants across the country. Representatives attended the meeting. Luoyang Tractor Research Institute dispatched representatives to attend the meeting. The main contents of the meeting were as follows: 1) Exchanged achievements on new processes, new technologies, new materials, and equipment renewal of cylinder liner thermal processing. 2) Exchanged experience in inspection methods, inspection methods, implementation standards, organization settings, personnel arrangements, and quality management in quality inspection work. At the meeting, Gansu No. 2 Tractor Parts Factory introduced the use of single electric furnace melting and heat preservation tanks, which improved equipment utilization and saved energy. As well as single-machine casting automatic timing water supply cooling, and coating mechanization and other product innovation technology to improve results. The liner factory of Linyi, Shandong Province, introduced the improvement of furnace lining material in the tuyere outlet, improved the life of the furnace and reduced the tonnage iron consumption of the technical innovation results.
